1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders across India from our base in Yamunanagar, Haryana. International shipping is available on a request basis. Please contact us at splitst810@gmail.com for international orders.

•All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
•You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

•Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days
•Express Shipping (India): 1–3 business days (if available at your pincode)
•For remote or non-serviceable areas, additional time may be required.

4. Shipping Charges

•Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹999.
•A nominal fee may be charged for Cash on Delivery or orders below the free shipping threshold.
•Express shipping charges (if selected) are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also track your order via the courier tracking page shared in your dispatch email.

6. Order Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, there may be delays due to:

•Weather conditions
•Courier delays
•Unforeseen logistical issues — in such cases, we will keep you informed and ensure the order reaches you as soon as possible.

7. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
